- Provide basic analysis and transcription of video's as part
of a US Department of Education evaluation of community technology
center's in Lowell, MA
- Assist with interviewing of subjects and conduct some participant
observer data
- Log and transcribe video tapes
- Provide base analysis of transcription including non-verbal
communication
- Ensure that interview protocol is followed

- Work with consultant to conduct day-long retreat for program
directors & executive directors
- Assist with follow-up meetings and dissemination of planning
documents
- Work with Consultant to create reports and tools as part of
a toolkit
