The form is picky about the dimensions and file size of the
image.
Jpeg Imager is a $20 shareware program for PCs that works
well (better than photoshop) for cropping, resizing and reducing
the file size of pictures.
If you know of a good cheap or free mac program that does the
same thing, please send email
