Allaby
Home Town: Lowell, MA
Organization Served: Center for Family, Work,
and Community and the Market Mills apartment complex CTC
Accomplishments: Frank worked at the as a lab monitor
and computer course instructor. He began a technology planning
process for the Center and conducted an initial needs/assets survey.
Name: John
Hunt
Home Town: Lowell, MA
Organization Served: Pathfinder/Milestone and the
Lowell Transitional Living Center (LTLC)
Accomplishments: John enabled the lab at Pathfinder/Milestone
to offer computer access for extended hours on a daily basis,
gathered usage statistics, helped remodel the lab, and aided in
the opening of a new computer lab at LTLC which is filled to capacity
each night by homeless individuals. He also helped start program
to refurbish donated computers for use by formerly homeless people.

MacNeil
Home Town: Lowell, MA (Via NJ, NY, England, MT,
CO, PA, GA)
Organization Served: Lowell Telecommunications Corporation
and Lowell Community Technology Consortium
Accomplishments: Dan helped set up 13 new computer
labs and designed an official recruitment program with guidelines
for the Consortium, interviewed 50 job applicants, organized a
group of volunteers to work on the web site, obtained donations
of $40,000 worth of goods and services, set up a web server for
Consortium member use, wrote various PERL programs, and taught
MCSE (Microsoft Certified System Engineer) courses.

Riopelle
Home Town: Lowell, MA
Organization Served: Pathfinder/Milestone
Accomplishments: Ray enabled the lab at Pathfinder/Milestone
too offer computer access for extended hours on a daily basis,
collected usage statistics and compiled a report, and helped remodel
the lab facility.
Name: Isaias
Rodrigues
Home Town: Lowell, MA
Organization Served: United Teen Equality Center
(UTEC)
Accomplishments: Isaias built the first multi-media
technology lab at UTEC the from the ground up. He organized UTEC's
teens to clear and set up the facility, worked with LTC technicians
to complete hardware and software installation, and learned web
design skills to facilitate a class responsible for creating UTEC's
first web site. He began organizing a family technology program
for UTEC modeled after Boston's Technology Goes Home Program and
a Video Production Program that will involve teens in creating
videos on age-relevant topics.
