LCTC Quicktime Movie CollectionIn January and February of 2002, Kourtney Hamilton and Felicia Sullivan of Lowell Telecommunications Corporation conducted several interviews of consortium member organization staff and students. The interviews were used as a subjective element of the Department of Education's CTC Grant Evaluation. The following clips were taken from these interviews; they show the diversity and accomplishments of the Lowell Community Technology Consortium's member organizations.
