The mission of St. Julie Asian Center is to welcome, befriend and educate Southeast Asian residents in Lowell, Massachusetts and to give them a new sense of hope and belonging.  We offer programs in ESOL, citizenship, and training in basic computer skills in such areas as MS Office and the internet.

Training

The St. Julie Asian Center offers ESOL programs Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 1:00PM and citizenship classes Monday through Thursday from noon to 1:00PM. The Center also offers classes Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6:30PM to 8:30PM.

Fees

Public access hours are free and include the use of all computer resources. ESOL classes, citizenship classes, and basic MS Word training classes cost $15.00 per semester. There is an additional charge of $15.00 for the ESOL and Citizenship textbooks required for those classes.
